Our new photo signs ordering system
In keeping with our policy of continual review and improvement of our systems, we are pleased to report our Photo Signs Module is running smoothly. Clients will now have the ability to upload images and text when ordering a Photo Sign and these will be automatically forwarded to our studio for inclusion into the final design. This will dramatically reduce delays in the sign production process. Once the sign has been designed, the Photo Sign System will send back a final proof for approval before the sign is produced and installed.
This automated procedure will streamline our Photo Sign production and provide our clients with an even faster turnaround. We welcome any feedback on the new system and we look forward to delivering even better service in the future.
Our new online ordering system
As of Monday 19th June 2006, Trident Signs has moved to a new online system for tracking sign orders. The new software addresses several feature requests identified by our customers and allows clients to not only submit new sign movements in near real time, but also monitor and track the movement of signs on all of their properties, providing more efficient handling and a quicker turn around time for sign movements.
This upgrade is just the beginning of an ongoing commitment to providing a better customer experience for our clients and to ensure the availability and security of client data. We welcome any feedback at info@tridentsigns.com.au and thank you for your patience during the change over period.
